Donations on this page are collected by Aapka Sahara Foundation (ASF), a nonprofit organization in India.

1) Nature of the Campaign (Very Important)

This is an independent, student-led fundraiser organized by Aapka Sahara Foundation. It is not an official event of any college or university. Any campus name shown is used only to describe the student’s affiliation. The college/university is not an organizer, sponsor, or endorser of this campaign, and its logos/trademarks are not used.

2) Beneficiary & Use of Funds

All donations are to Aapka Sahara Foundation and will be used for ASF’s charitable programs at ASF’s discretion and priorities.

3) Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking and other supported modes). By donating, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. ASF does not accept cash. If an ambassador collects cash from a donor, it must be deposited via the official payment link; receipts are issued only for the successful online transaction.

4) Tax Benefits

Donations are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to Indian law. Donors should provide accurate details as requested during checkout (e.g., full name, PAN, email). Receipts are issued upon successful payment.

5) Foreign/International Donations

Unless explicitly stated on this page, ASF does not accept foreign contributions. Donations must be made in INR from Indian-sourced accounts/instruments. NRIs may donate only through Indian accounts as permitted by law. For a compliant alternative, please contact us.

6) Ambassador Attribution

Where an “Ambassador Name/Code” field is provided, ASF will endeavor to attribute the donation to that student for internal acknowledgement/leaderboards. Attribution is based on details provided by the donor and is not guaranteed in case of errors, omissions, or duplicates.

7) Refunds, Errors & Chargebacks

Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of verified duplicate payment or processing error. Refund requests must be emailed to anubhav@aapkasaharafoundation.org within 7 calendar days of the transaction, quoting payment ID, date, amount, and contact details. Approved refunds are processed to the original source within 7–10 working days (gateway timelines may apply).

8) Communication & Acknowledgements

By donating, you consent to receive transaction communications (e.g., receipts and updates) by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You may opt out of non-transactional messages by writing to anubhav@aapkasaharafoundation.org.

9) Privacy & Data Protection

ASF collects only the information necessary to process your donation, issue receipts, and comply with law. Data may be shared with payment processors/service providers solely for these purposes. ASF does not sell donor data.

10) Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All ASF names, logos, and content are ASF property. College/university names appearing here are used descriptively to indicate student affiliation and do not imply endorsement.

11) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASF and its personnel are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of this page or donation processing.

12) Changes to These Terms

ASF may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time of your donation applies to that transaction.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
