• Event data: conversion events we track for advertising and optimization (examples: WhatsApp click, form submission, custom events such as “spent >20s on page”, scroll/completion events).
• Contact information you provide: when you message us on WhatsApp or submit an application you may provide your name, phone number, college, city, short answers to application questions and any other info you include.

• Via our website pages and job-description landing pages (HTML and JavaScript).
• Via Meta Pixel and related tracking tools installed on our site.
• When you click the WhatsApp apply link and send a pre-filled message.
• From forms or messages you voluntarily submit.
- Purpose of collection — how we use your data
We use collected data to:
• Run, measure and optimize advertising (including Meta ads and lookalike/custom audiences).
• Track conversions and ad performance (so we can deliver relevant ads and improve campaigns).
• Process internship applications, communicate with applicants (via WhatsApp / email), and manage onboarding.
• Prevent abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the Service.
• Provide legally required disclosures and comply with law enforcement requests.
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and third parties
We use Meta Pixel and may share event/behavior data with Meta for advertising and analytics. Meta’s use of that data is governed by Meta’s privacy policies. We also use other third-party services (advertising, analytics, hosting) who may process data on our behalf.
