We believe skills can break the cycle of poverty. In just 120 days, we train rural, underprivileged women with no formal education in practical skills like stitching and achar-making. Your support empowers them to become financially independent, transforming their families and communities forever.
Depending on local need, we offer either a stitching course or an achar-making course—both chosen for their high demand and income potential.
Each training cohort lasts 120 days
The enrolment for the first cohort will start after Diwali (October).
All workshops run in Basti District, Uttar Pradesh, at community-partner venues.
Graduates master stitching or achar-making, earning ₹2,000–3,000 per week, gaining financial independence and transforming their families’ futures.
That sum funds the full 120-day program for one woman—covering her materials, trainer honoraria, venue costs, and post-training support.
You’re welcome to give any amount. Most donors choose ₹3,000, but every rupee helps us reach more women in need.
100% of your gift directly funds training and materials—no administrative costs, hidden fees, or salaries.
